Shia LaBeouf is in trouble with the law again.

Eyewitness photos and videos on Twitter show the actor being arrested in Austin, Texas on Friday evening, where the Austin City Limits music festival is taking place.

The 28-year-old actor was on 6th Street outside of a bar when he was arrested after police were called at 7:30 p.m., according to Entertainment Tonight. LaBeouf was taken into custody for public intoxication with no force.

According to TMZ, the star was "out of control and disobeyed police," who cuffed him. Local affiliate KVUE reports LaBeouf allegedly attempted to cross against a "Don't Walk" sign. Public intoxication is a misdemeanor charge.

LaBeouf sought treatment for alcohol addiction last year after being arrested outside of a Broadway performance of Cabaret and charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.

In March, a judge ordered the actor to spend three months in treatment and display six months of good behavior following the incident. In return, the charges would be dropped.

Representatives for LaBeouf did not immediately respond to request for comment.
