Turning talk into action when it comes to those New Year's resolutions.

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — UnitedHealthcare’s Market Chief Medical Director, Dr. Robert Kantor came in-studio to discuss tips to kicking off a healthy 2019. Among those making resolutions about their health - 34% are planning to exercise more, 17% intend to eat healthier and 15% hope to lose weight, according to UnitedHealthcare New Year’s Resolution Survey.

  2. Wellness: Physical/mental benefits of taking time off and recharging.
