MINNEAPOLIS — A man died after being hit by a light rail train in Minneapolis overnight Saturday.
Metro transit says a green line train was was just pulling out of the station near TCF Bank Stadium around 1:20 a.m., when the man fell into the train, and was pulled under.
The man died at the scene.
Police are working to reconstruct the accident.
The green line is in service,
The victim will be identified at a later time.
