FORT MYERS, Fla. — Nelson Cruz is one of the oldest players in all of baseball. The 39 year-old seems to be defying his age. One of the reasons the Dominican slugger has remained so productive is that he takes care of his body.
His cousin David became his personal chef a few years ago and he keeps Cruz eating healthy. And in the process, feeds the Twins team as well.
