UPDATE: Crystal police located man safely

The Crystal Police Department Pharon Davidson was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt, red cargo shorts and black sandals with white socks.

CRYSTAL, Minn. — The Crystal Police Department said 24-year-old Pharon Davidson has been located and he has been reunited with his mother.

According to police, Davidson left the Cavanaugh Senior Apartments at 5401 51st Ave North, where he lives with his mother and caretaker. The release says Davidson, who has autism, left around 11:30 a.m. without permission.
