MINNEAPOLIS — FBI agents have arrested a 26-year-old man from Lindstrom in connection with the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol in Washington.

The FBI's Minneapolis office arrested Jonah Westbury on Friday. Official charging documents show Westbury is charged with four counts:

According to a criminal complaint, a former high school classmate reported Westbury to the FBI after recognizing him in a Snapchat video narrating his alleged involvement in the incursion into the Capitol.

Investigators also later identified Westbury in a video posted to Reddit, showing a man taking a selfie inside the Capitol during the breach, along with several additional video clips posted to Westbury's Snapchat account.

According to public information posted by the Justice Department, this is believed to be the third arrest of a Minnesota resident in connection with the insurrection. In addition, a 39-year-old Rochester woman was taken into custody on Thursday, after investigators gathered social media posts, videos, and audio interviews of her alleged involvement.
