ST PAUL, Minn. — Fire officials say "several" buildings were evacuated in the Merriam Park neighborhood in St. Paul Thursday afternoon after a gas line was apparently cut.
The St. Paul Fire Department closed Marshall Avenue between Wilder Street and Cretin Avenue North as crews from Xcel Energy to secured the line.
