MINNETONKA, Minn. — May is Mental Health Awareness Month and more specifically Tuesday, May 7, is Children's Mental Health Awareness Day.

It means a chance to get young people thinking about caring for their mental health early.

To help us navigate the topic, Jane Perry, the Chief Clinical Officer at St. David's Center for Child & Family Development, joined KARE 11 Noon to discuss having important conversations about their mental health with your children.
