STILLWATER, Minn. — The warmer weather has a lot of us changing things up for lunch and dinner -- whether it's picnics or grilling out and restaurants are doing the same.

- MANDEE RAE'S STEAK CAESAR SALAD: Sliced Tenderloin Steak, Romaine, Parm, Caesar Dressing, Drizzled with Balsamic
- CITRUS SALAD: Spring Mix, Fried Goat Cheese, Mandarin Oranges, Diced Red Onions, Sunflower Seeds, Raspberry Vinaigrette with Grilled Chicken Breast
- BLACKENED WALLEYE SALAD: Blackened Walleye, Romaine, Cucumbers, Red Onion, Heirloom Tomato, Feta
- BIRRIA SALAD: Birria Beef on a Romaine Wedge, Lemon Drizzle, Queso Fresco, Pico de Gallo topped with a crunch
